Ilya turned up within 24h of our request! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer. The part arrived promptly and he installed it within minutes. The cooler now cools our wine again! Ilya was very pleasant and reliable which we appreciated. We now drink to Ilya's health from our newly cooled wine! Cheers! John and Wendy Davies
