Minor repair work done for north of 400$. He says he go by name Kevin , but his real name seems totally different. Job took 30 min or so. In a month and half, leak happened around that corner again. Called him and first thing he spoke about was that he is going to charge me again for anything that is not what he did. But his past work was to fix anything that is responsible for the leak and his work didn't last even for two months. Later I went up the roof with a builder neighbor and found multiple nails exposed on top with no shingles on them. Caulking was scattered around the nails , but not on it properly.
