I can't imagine a more disappointing experience with a contractor
Hired Evan of Veracity Inc to do a permitted small basement apartment (around 500sq ft) reno the existing kitchen, and covert a bar to laundry powder room. After this experience, I will avoid general contractors even if it costs more in the future. 3 years later (on an 8 week project), more than 100k more extra, and this work is still not done (no unforeseeable issues with the home or rationale reasons). We needed to replace the floors done within months as they continued to injur people. We've had to hire so many trades to make our home just livable in the past few years, buying our own finishes that were part of the contract for Veracity to supply. I can't imagine a bigger regret I will face with my home than hiring this "company".
