This is very site you need to read the fine print New doesn't mean new a majority of the time these are retiturns and about half are damaged are used and you only have seven days to return and they basically don't have customers service you take a picture showing its not new or damaged then you half to wait fir a code to return and they take there time its a pain because it's far time consuming they should be checking the products before selling to save time and money to the customer good luck Trying to find anyone to complain to no phones only email And your at the mercy of the employee checking emails within 7 days and that includes the days there closed Sunday Monday Tuesday
