We bought our youngest daughter's sleigh bed from here a few years ago. Kidlands is a little pricier than some of the chain stores, but the variety and quality is outstanding. We got our daughter's bed at a discount, so be sure to check out discounted models and sales for a better deal. The staff was friendly although the store seemed a bit cramped - so much stuff in a small building!

A few years ago, we thought we'd save money on a mattress for our daughter by buying one from Star. I wish we had just saved our money and bought a nicer one from somewhere else. The mattress was pretty thin. It also made a sort of creaking noise within a few months. It lasted for a few years, so I am grateful for that, but I was glad to finally get rid of it.

Waste Management used to be our garbage collection service. They were good - didn't leave a mess, etc. However, there were several times when they forgot to pick up our trash, and I had to call. It was a pain to have to wait until 6pm or so for them to come take our trash away. We have Gilton now, and they've never once missed a pick up.

When our vacuum cleaner went out on us several years ago, we took it to A & J to see if they could fix it. We were so impressed with their knowledge and salesmanship, that we instead decided to purchase a refurbished Panasonic. That thing worked like a dream. It was the best vacuum we had ever used. When/if it ever dies, we plan on going back to A & J.

We hired these guys (really just a father and his son) to come and lay our sod a few years ago. Price was great (about $900 or so), and the work was exceptional. Very professional (no swearing, smoking or drinking - top notch!) Then, he'd come out and maintain the lawn (mow, seed, etc) twice a month for approx $44/mo. We cut our own lawn now due to costs, but if I was going to hire someone, it would be Dumont!

We have these guys come out to our house about once a month or once every other month to spray for bugs (we get tons where we live!) They have reasonable rates and are very friendly and professional.

I ordered a countertop from them. It was a great countertop, but it seemed to take forever for it to come in stock. Maybe I was just impatient. Employees are friendly, price is great and overall, I'd still use them again and would recommend.

I hired Phil's Chem Dry to come out and clean the carpets in our house. With 2 kids and a dog, trust me, they needed a good cleaning. These guys came out, vacummed everything for us and then went to work cleaning the carpets. It didn't take long, and the result was amazing. We'd definitely use them again.

These guys came out and gave me a competitive rate on remodeling my kitchen. They gutted out the old one and basically put me together a brand new one. Never heard them swear, or saw them smoking/drinking. Very professional and the work was top notch.
