We bought a house 2 yrs ago and to our surprise our 6yr old high efficiency furnaces failed in our first year in the house. The furnaces had been poorly maintained by the previous owner and also were not very good furnaces to begin with. We had Keith in from Fagnans who pretty much diagnosed the problems instantly. He was very knowledgable and very cost conscious and recommended that we not repair the furnaces. Fagnans put together a deal we could not refuse on a set of new carrier furnaces and have really saved us some big money in the short and long term. Our new furnaces have been running for a year and we couldn't be happier with them. We recently had Keith from Fagnans back to clean our ducts and for regular maintenance on our furnaces and can't say enough good things about him. In short, he really knows what he is doing and makes recommendations like it were his own house and he were spending his own money. I feel like the Fagnans guys have really come through for my family in a big way and look forward to dealing with them for many years to come. Thanks!!
