I had been having an issue with my garage door opener for a long time and had tried to fix it on different occasions. Finally gave up and called Rick, he called me back and stopped by to have a look on his way home. He and his son looked at the problem and suggested a solution within 5 minutes, we tried it and the problem was fixed! Rick and Ariel provided a knowledgeable assessment of the problem and a fix that worked.
AC stopped working, Max came the same day and told me the unit was done, as in turned out it was older than 15. Said it was not worth fixing. Got me a new unit at a good price in 3 days.

We had a large Maple tree in our front lawn and the roots were starting to lift our front walk way. We got a couple of estimates and noticed PIIP's doing work in our area. We asked for an estimate and it was lower than others. We were going to be away for a week and they said they could do the job while we were gone. Came home and the tree was gone, just some wood chips on the ground, some matted grass and the hole where the stump had been. Very friendly couple that does the work, great price. Would recommend them to others.
