My husband and I recently employed Vito of DSM Properties to conduct a home inspection. We also opted for use of an infra-red camera, an additional cost of only $450 which was worth every cent. Given that we were not experts ourselves, it was comforting to have an impartial expert teach us about the various elements of our house including heating and cooling systems, structure, plumbing and electrical. Vito even gave us short tutorials on how the mechanical systems worked and how to maintain these systems in the future to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity. Vito also took his time to identify both existing and potential problem areas to us, suggested potential solutions and even went out of his way to provide referrals to us to assist in acquiring estimates for the cost of the work required.
