I had Bob come to clean my carpets (stairs and basement) - he was punctual and knowledgeable. I had a baby napping while he was over and he worked around the baby's schedule taking care to not be too noisy while the baby was napping. He was very clean and took care not to dirty the rest of my house. He did state that the carpets would dry within 4-6 hours, however, it took a full 24 hours for the carpets to dry.

As Bob talked to you, since the carpets and stairs were so dirty and given deep cleaning, he had to use more solution to get rid off the dirts & dusts, He said mostly he went beyond to make sure it is clean , because having baby in your basement.. We are happy it was cleaned to your satisfaction, but that's why it took longer to dry. 24 hours it is a bit
