I do not recommend Critter Control for pest removal. I have dealt with other pest companies in the past, and Critter Control Toronto is by far the most expensive, and the least communicative, professional, or timely. Based on my interactions with the team I am concerned they lack knowledge in pest removal. I have been dealing with mice for nearly two months now. Their service involved sealing possible entry points on the outside of the house, and placing bait traps indoors and outdoors. When I have pointed out repeatedly that the current indoor bait traps are not being eaten by the mice, and yet I continue to see increasing evidence of mice in my home every day, they have not changed their bait trap strategies. The representative has told me this will be rectified but continues to delay visits to my home, prolonging the time to solving this issue, and allowing mice more time to reproduce. When representatives do return my messages, they reply several days later. When they have come in person for home inspections they arrive over an hour late to our scheduled appointment, and are difficult to book due to limited schedules. I couldnt be more disappointed with this service, which has been a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

Darrell was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I thought there might be squirrels in the attic above my porch because of sounds I was hearing in the ceiling. However after thorough inspection Darrell was able to diagnose that the problem was more likely to be a birds nest based on the entry point into the porch roof. He is committed to humane animal treatment and provided me with expert advice following the inspection.
