Windows ordered in October, were installed April 2020, with two windows missing without notice, took numerous calls to ask about missing windows and missing screen for window, missing windows arrive about a month later but still no sign of the screen, after numerous calls again, screen arrived, started having issues with windows not closing properly, had to call for service technicians, some windows were not sealed properly from the outside and have some other issues, service technicians agreed that these issues needed to be taken care of, since then have tried calling to speak to the manager for over two months now and get the same run around he will call you on Monday and I never receive a call back. the only positive about this company is the service technicians Shawn and Al who were able to resolve the issues. Save yourself a headache and don't hire this company.

Kosta gave us a written quote which we agreed to, with a date to start work on July 26th 2021, we made numerous attempts to contact him through phone, text and email to make some minor detail changes to our agreement, we even left voice messages, but there was no response back our calls text and emails have all gone unanswered, and the job was to have started today but obviously he didn't show up, very disappointed if he did not want to take the job on the least he could have done is let as know instead of leaving as hanging, there was no dispute or nothing so we have no clue why he hasn't gotten in touch with us, very disappointed and would red flag this company.
