Never Trust his words and Pay unless the job is complete !!! Shawn agreed to start the on Wednesday April 13th 2022 after sending him 40% for material. he did a lousy job on filling the garden bed. Charged me additional $300 for 2 yards of soil which is not used. Also i gave a 190 sqft interlocking job which he said he will complete on Saturday 16th April due to wind. Trusting him i sent the remaining money. No show on 16th, 17th (did not bother him due to Easter holidays) and 18th he said he will complete the job in the afternoon and still did not show up. 19th April he said he will be done before 12pm and no show. the entire amount was e-transferred and now i have to find someone to fix it.
