He came during the Christmas Holiday and cried that he needs money for his rent. The first part was done by me and I hurt my hand and couldn't continue. Then I engaged him to finish the interlocking to side walk. He also left a huge pile on my grass , citing the dump is closed. never dispose it. Then I dropped a bin and he loaded the material after 5 months. The grass is ruined. Now he wants more money to fix the interlocking. Picture speaks thousand words. Now I have to fix the interlocking for which I paid already with the sour elbow. Do your self a favor, never trust or engage Shawn. Especially never pay him until the job is completed.

Shawn agreed to start the on Wednesday April 13th 2022 after sending him 40% for material. he did a lousy job on filling the garden bed. Charged me additional $300 for 2 yards of soil which is not used. Also i gave a 190 sqft interlocking job which he said he will complete on Saturday 16th April due to wind. Trusting him i sent the remaining money. No show on 16th, 17th (did not bother him due to Easter holidays) and 18th he said he will complete the job in the afternoon and still did not show up. 19th April he said he will be done before 12pm and no show. the entire amount was e-transferred and now i have to find someone to fix it.

Shawn was helpful and communicative. He was able to get the sod installed on short notice. Very good value and did a neat job. I would recommend his work and hire him again.

Shawn lay down interlock, and a large area of new sod with stepping stones. He did a beautiful job and paid great attention to detail. He is very reasonably priced and we would highly recommend him. Thanks Shawn!!

I agreed with shawn to put down sod on a specific date. He was unable to start on time. He then started the job 5 days later, it took him longer than expected and he did not fully complete it.
