Don't bother calling anyone else.
I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Appliance. Ilya has saved us so much money by being completely honest and transparent. He will always let you know if it's worth fixing or not and does not try to upsell at all. On top of that he is happy to share information on fixing stuff yourself (if it's easy enough haha) and save you even more!! I just fixed our fridge myself with his help and an 80$ part!! Thank you Ilya!!!
