Don't go with them and waste money and loose your peace I have asked Ernie to change the toilet, He brought an excellent plumber who doesn't know how to work always talk about money. And the tile person greg he is not even a qualified person to install tiles. They together made a mess in my bathroom the toilet plunger is 5 to 8 inch lower than the tile. and patched with 4 layers of wax. still isn't enough they patched the wax on the sides. (I know all this after we removed toilet) After we started using initially we didn't feel anything. but the toilet was shaking. Later we started identifying the smell then water leak on the below floor. Invited a plumber to check that when opened the plumber is shocked seeing 4 layers of wax. and the plunger is shaking. Never use this contractor and plumber, better go with someone with reference.
