I started the booking process about a month before my move but they were not able to guarantee my preferred dates. Which was totally understandable but once it got closer to the actual date they were still unsure whether they were able to deliver on time. No one calls and no one had answers. I received a call the day of my move telling me that they have a box for the following monday. If you have plans to move with BigSteelBox, I would HIGHLY RECONSIDER USING THEM. If they don't have the containers/storage boxes then you should let your customers know but waiting until last day? I would NEVER GO WITH THEM. Plus everytime you call, its a new person and no one knows what's going on.

Hi John. We apologize for the issues you encountered during the quoting and booking process. Unfortunately, we're currently experiencing a shortage of containers at our locations across Canada as a result of manufacturing and shipping delays, coupled with very high demand. This has resulted in longer wait times for deliveries for all our customers and is the reason why we cannot always guarantee delivery dates.
