Contractor with super duper bad people skill and who breaches his contract often
Joe/Matt/TerraconPlus took deposit of $500 from ~30 families to ensure that we get $55 per linear foot price for fencing, blocked our money for 4 months. At the end told us that they are not going to honour the agreed price. Asked $64 per linear foot. They never mentioned to pay 50% of the total cost before he starts working. Never bothered to reply for all our messages / phone calls / emails. Its impossible to reach to him for most of us. They are rude, dont know how to talk to customers and absolutely no people skill. He still has kept one of my neighbour's money because he wrote a review. Beware of businesses who take customer's money and never return.
