Over all they did a good job. They gave me a completion date and met it. The owner was very good to work with and answered every question and concern we had. The price was fair. over all I'm very happy with the job. Only thing that I would complain about is the removal of our old shingles with a pitch fork. Their gallery pictures show that they do not use a pitch fork for removal of old shingles but they did. The clean up effort could have been a little better, as days went by I continued to find nails in the driveway, portions of shingles around the complete house, and metal cut off's from the metal flashing for the chimneys. Overall still a good job! Thank you.

Company Response

Colin, the point Titans is trying to get across with using a spaid VS pitchfork is if weather permits, and old shingles pry up without cracking, a spaid will be used at all times. But seeing as this was a late fall roof replacement we use what the job calls for. In saying this, the cleanup would be the same in the end, it's just a spaid will pull more old nails from the roof decking and help along production. I was there with you a week later to walk through the work completed and couldn't find anything on the grounds and you did not mention debris left over. I would hope a customer will notify us of even a few ground cleanup details are left behind so we can make it right. Thanks Colin for your helpful review and I'm sorry if you we're mislead about the tools used to do the job.
Kind regards,
