Great Service and Happy with our AC
We had our AC replaced in the summer of 2018 with the Carrier AC unit. We went with Blake from Excel Heating & Air conditioning from a recommendation from a friend. I know it has taken us awhile to put up a review, but I thought it would be a more reliable review if we tested out our AC unit for a few years. It is +31 in Edmonton today and we are very happy with our AC unit. Our house is a comfortable temperature. Last summer, our unit did freeze over and Blake was able to talk us through how to fix the problem over the phone, which was simple. He has even recommended other trades people to us in the past that have also provided stellar service. I would recommend Blake for his great customer service and reasonable pricing.
