I was in need of a new barbque grill that would be easy to use and not take up too much room. I had a wonderful salesman who put the grill together for me, explained everything and even filled up the tank and put it in the car for me. I am thrilled with my new Weber grill.
Bought a beaufiful dinette set
I needed a new dinette set and I the perfect one in Carls. I was able to purchase it on the spot and have it delivered the next day. What wervice.
My broiler needed to be replaced and I was under contract with Service American. They did a nice job of replacing and installing the boiler but I think it could have been done in a more timely matter.
Complete room crib mattress ,the works
My daughter was about to give birth and we went to baby love the furniture , crib comforter sheets etc. We fell in love with a certain room that they had on display. The salesgirl was very helpful in helping us obtain everything that we needed. She called the company and ordered us additional pieces of Decor. The lamp and appliques for the wall.
My grandson poked a whole in my scrren door . Also my screen door didnt stay open. I called Walts and they sent a repairman . The repairman was superb. Not only did he replace the scrren and fix the screen door he also sprayed the door so it would be easy to slide. What I thought was exceptional is that he suggested that I get window locks to prevent breakins.He went to the truck and gave me one and told me to purchase more. He went the extra mile. I would highly recommend Walts.
