I love how this looks and is much more functional than my old his and her closets but for the price I paid I would have expected better attention to details. 1. Soft close doors are not standard and I was not offered them during my consultation. I asked about them and was told it would be an extra $200 for soft close hinges. 2. Doors were installed without the soft pads so they clunk when they are closed. I've since added the pads but a couple of them still clunk. 3. I ordered the more expensive rounded doors which look great from a distance but upon close inspection you can see the cuts where the round corners get added (see photo) 4. One of my drawers doesn't close flush like all the rest (see photo) 5. Door handles were installed a bit high (they are at my shoulder height..I'm 5' 6"...I would have liked to be consulted on the height of the handles 6. We had to adjust one of the door hinges ourself because the door didn't sit flat I would have installed an Ikea system at a quarter of the price had it worked for my openings. For this much money I would have expected perfection.
