Terrible experience, one mover refused to wear a mask & had a confrontation with our resident manager at the condo & was asked to leave the building. He could only help unload outside & I had to help the other mover bring in the large items like the king size mattress. They then charged me one hour overtime to add insult to injury. I called the manager afterwards & had another bad experience. He actually said I was being untruthful & suggested the movers did all the work. Not true!!! I said , speak with the other mover & he will verify my story. He said he would get back to me but never did. It’s been a month now. Once they have your money you get no customer service. My daughter & my niece both purchased new homes recently & I said do not use this company. I am telling everyone I know not to ever use this company. My pound of flesh.
