Terrible experience, one mover refused to wear a mask & had a confrontation with our resident manager at the condo & was asked to leave the building. He could only help unload outside & I had to help the other mover bring in the large items like the king size mattress.
They then charged me one hour overtime to add insult to injury.
I called the manager afterwards & had another bad experience.
He actually said I was being untruthful & suggested the movers did all the work.
Not true!!! I said , speak with the other mover & he will verify my story.
He said he would get back to me but never did. It’s been a month now.
Once they have your money you get no customer service.
My daughter & my niece both purchased new homes recently & I said do not use this company.
I am telling everyone I know not to ever use this company.

Upon a referral from my aunt who was using Wiebe's to move her for a second time, I booked them to move me as well. I had moved a total of 18 times in 20 years, prior to this move, and Wiebe's has been the best moving experience of my life! I am so impressed and pleased with the 2 men who did my move and with Simon, the gentleman I dealt with in booking my move. There was good communication prior to my moving date, and the men arrived timely the day of my move.
Despite my move being their third move of the day, the men came with smiling faces and unlimited energy. They worked tirelessly & continuously, as well as with forethought, and treated my belonging and my home as if they were their own. The also treated me with dignity and respect. Moving can be stressful but the attitude these men had made my day! I felt like there was nothing else they would rather being doing than helping me out and to not feel like a burden during such a stressful time is a Real Gift. :)

Used this service 2x (once in 2002 then 2011). First 2 times were fine, third time was a nightmare. during the move, I gave the movers 2x 15 minute breaks and even went out of my way to buy them coffee and snacks when I did not even have to contractually. At the end of the move, I gave both movers $75 tips EACH but they went over 8 hours by 15 minutes. The company rounded off to the next hour to total 9 hours and charged me 1 hour in overtime, even though in 2011, when the move took 6.5 hours, I was billed for 6.5 hours. I tried to explain the above information and also explained that I had one more move to do in 3 months time (as this move was to a temporary place before my home was built). So obviously, they were guaranteed another move which would have been another $1000 in business. I dealt with the company manager "ROB" who exercised absolutely no business courtesy and was rude and condescending in his approach to resolve this matter. So basically, the company felt it was wise and right to right off a 2x and guaranteed return customer and killed a possible another $1000 in business in my next move over a mere $90 in overtime charges. In their defence, the movers who did all the leg work were fine, but the company is managed by an individual (rob) who has absolutely no business sense or foresight to maintain business relationships. ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** Moving is a very stressful time and the last thing you need is another layer of problems to deal with during this time. AGAIN *** DO NOT USE *** THIS COMPANY

The worst movers possible and overpriced. They were very careless and disrepectful of my items, home, and me. They should not expect tips for terrible work and for the price being charged per hour. It is very annoying to keep finding damage after the time period for making claims has lapsed. I wish more people had shared their bad experiences before I hired these movers.

I have used Wiebes numerous times over many years, and will continue to do so. They are highly professional, capable, prompt and their estimates are accurate. They have moved the contents of my home three times, and those of several family members. As for the manners of the crew, they treated each member of the family with great respect, and I have had the same positive experience with five different crews. Their prices are good, and I have been so happy with the service that I would not think of engaging any other company.
