When I moved into my current house, with an underground irrigation system, I connected with Naiad and have never looked back. They arrive when they are scheduled, they leave no trace, and they follow up thoroughly, both to see how the service was and as a reminder to book for the following year.

They always do the work on the day they commit to and leave the yard the same way the find it. I will continue to use them. They keep me informed of any specials and remind me when the work needs to be done.

I have used Naiad for 3 years now and am always very impressed that they do the work on the day they schedule. They remind me that they are coming and there is no disturbance to the yard. I'll be signing up again next year.
