Stairs Refinished and Hardwood Floors Installed
Dont use these guys. They were a month late, his kids do most of the work (drank all the beer in the fridge - although he did offer to pay for it) and he is usually at another job site. The stairs look great, but creak so loudly that the baby wakes up anytime someone uses them. The floors are uneven with the fireplace hearth (they installed the subfloor), there are loose boards, creaking uneven spots on the floor, and I am convinced that I will have to redo the floors in 5 years or less. With constant calls to them to fix the problem, I'm told that they have other projects and no time for me, and that they have done the best they can, I am on my own. Yet another con job from so called professional contractors. Be aware.

- They are not suited to multiple jobs and need to do something well before they move on to make more money.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Eventhough I check their references, they still did a poor job. Classic case of contractors having more jobs than they can handle - all in the name of making more money to pay for trips home.

Stairs2U did a stair case reseeding old one - no possible to fix creak.All was done well accept no any problems All paid.
Owner supply beer I not agree - helpers students drink some Yes - but owner offer to then and he drink with them - kids was 22 years old? Flooring- poor laminate cheap flooring - sub floor up and down - no leveling - we tray the best we can . Owner know and accept and pay all at all with satisfaction . After problems come ups . We cant fix this flooring is only way to change up grade to leveling all sub floor , apply 1/2 plywood and install more solid floor in main traffic area - we are not specialist in laminate flooring - we tray the best - sorry.
