An extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. We arranged for a consultation to ensure a Nest thermostat was compatible with our current unit. We were assured it was and paid $600 on that basis. Technician came to do the work days later and we were told the thermostat was NOT compatible and that we would have to spend another $600 to purchase a second unit and pay for a second installation?? Not sure why a qualified technician who would have recognized this didn't perform the consultation in the first place? No good faith gesture from Reliance to remedy the situation either. I would not recommend Reliance!!
