Tim was exceptionally helpful when here for the estimate. All questions or concerns were answered. We are extremely pleased with the project. The crew were punctual, and very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering and explaining any questions about the product. The 5 year warranty also helped us make the decision to have this done. We were also extremely impressed with the clean-up..thought I would have to get out the vacuum but cleaning was all done perfectly...thanks to Tim, and Eric .
