Upon PDI we were not happy with the turn out of our kitchen cabinets as the alignment was off and large gaps in between the cabinets. After reporting the issue to head office and submittIng our 30 Day form after moving in, within a couple of weeks I received a phone call from customer service. They booked someone right away to inspect the issues. Due to the pandemic we had to wait a couple of weeks longer for clearance to let people work in our home. I was given an estimate time frame of 4-6 hours but they only took 1 hr to do the job. I can finally install our handles that we purchased and line the cabinets!
