Professional , thoughtful , responsive, ready to answer all dumb questions or customer details . quick , on time installation . reasonably priced client owned equipment not the cheapest monthly monitoring fee on the market ,however it includes excellent post sale services and on site visits at no extra cost to repair or replace equipment , even batteries . exceptional customer service(KK) and follow up is what sold it for me ...a pleasure to deal with this company . APPROX cost field does not accommodate one time , upfront vs. mthly on going monitoring/service fees so unable to enter anything that represents real costs

Quickest to respond. pending new security alarm system install in three days . worked late Friday ,the job had source wiring problems , more difficult than first anticipated . returned early Monday just in time . polite , flexible , reasonably priced , responsive and professional , cleaned up their own mess . Constant text communication . Would refer or hire them again in a flash .

Reasonably priced ( actually lowest of other quotes ) .dependable , tarp covering and cleanup daily ,polite and flexible to last minute changes . Full service and sourcing of materials, access to their preferred suppliers( to visit and select good value finishings ) . Quiet and professional . Did a great job on first bathroom with curb less shower ,wheel chair access ,grab bars ,we hired them again for the master suite Wouldn't hesitate to hire again , currently in discussion for second appt. Build in basement . Talk to them .you will not be disappointed.
