Mike and his initial visit was beyond thorough and made us feel very good about our purchase. The experience from purchase to install was informative with us knowing each step of the way where the process was at. There were a few hiccups at installation, but Magic Windows made everything right! When we placed a service call, the technician was there right on time and fixed to the best of his ability what needed fixing. The office window is a smooth operation.
