Frank fron Air Track inc installed our new AC unit today. My husband and I are both deaf and they took great care and patience to communicate with us clearly, beginning with a text the minute they arrived at the house. Throughout the installation process, Frank explained everything that they needed to do and answered all of our questions. We had to make a few decisions such as where to install the unit and how etc. and we asked for their advice and they provided professional and expert input which we appreciate. When everything was done, the site, both inside and out was all cleaned up.
