Wood was dirty and not properly seasoned. A call to Glen looking for resolution was responded to by him yelling and saying we didn't know anything about firewood (we do, I heated my country house with wood for years) Would never order from him again. quality of product -poor customer service -terrible

During the phone call I had a difficult time getting a word in.
I was continually talked at.
We pack each piece on the truck by hand to measure the load. I ask my employee to set out any pieces which may have contacted the ground. I disagree that "half" the order was dirty.
The wood was split in the Spring and experienced the extreme summer heat we all endured.I told the customer that its an outside storage business and it rained almost everyday for a month.I suggested to bring some inside to get the surface moisture off.I also asked if they were using smaller pieces first and the response was NO.i offered to bring some COMPLIMENTARY KINDLING and they didn't want the help.The wood is properly seasoned. The surface moisture from all the rain we have experienced needs to have a chance to evaporate.I supply 13 restaurants year around so I must be doing something right.
