I have a broken washing machine. I have been strung along for a month now. They don't know where the part is or if it will ever come. The manager doesn't respond, the dispatch is just a phone service person who can do nothing, and the technician doesn't seem to know anything except that the part isn't here yet. They don't communicate proactively. I have to text or call to find out if they are coming and then they say no they are not coming.
