2/10

When doing the closing of the pool they opened the mechanism (removed screws) that contains the motor that powers the waterfall. The actuator/ mechanism that powers the waterfall was left open to the elements over the winter. Water and ice accumulated inside a broke the actuator. This is a brand new pool built in 2017. This was not broken by wear and tear. This cost me $249.95 + $130 service + taxes to fix. When I called them about it they did the Shaggy “it wasn’t me” routine. Palm Tree Pools closed my pool. I have the receipt to prove it but they deny any wrong doing. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they clearly don’t have the knowledge base to handle new pools.

Approximate cost of services:
$350.00
