I noticed some leakage and possible mold in our attached garage. I started my search on the internet for roofing companies. I sent emails to three of them. Two didn't even bother to reply. Kelly responded very promptly and not only that, he came right to my house the next day to see the issue in person. He did a thorough look at possible causes for the leak (it was a bit of a strange leak probably caused by ice damming) and then told me that he would consult with one of his senior guys and get back to me with a quote. I received a very reasonable quote within a few days and they told me they would get me in asap as they didn't want my leak to cause any further damage. From the time I sent my email to getting the roof completely replaced was only about a week. The guys who worked on my house were super friendly and professional. I could see they were doing a good job and everything they said indicated that they took pride in the excellence of their work. I was very pleased with all interactions of this job. Even for the payment, they had asked to mail a cheque and when I indicated I would rather drop it off in person, they came right to my house to pick it up instead. I only needed the attached garage done at the time but when it comes time to get the rest completed, this will be the company I call. Darla Blackmore
