They made a serious error on my inspection. The said I had a back water valve without actually locating it. They assumed I had one based on the houses age and condition. My house did not have a back water valve. We found out 3 months after moving in our basement flooded. It had to be gutted. When I contacted the owner he was pleasant at first until he investigated it. Once he realized the error he become very rude and uncooperative and told me to sue him. Luckily insurance paid for my basement but I did want some money back for the actual inspection. The owner was the rudest man I have ever met.
