Fantastic service. I was very disappointed by Dyson's refusal to repair my washing machine even after I had obtained the required replacement door locking mechanism. Josh arrived within an hour of receipt of the replacement part, fixed the problem. Wonderful to have my Dyson washing machine working again rather than assigned to the scrapheap! I highly recommend Josh as a domestic appliance repairer
