We ordered a door from this company in June 2012, and were told that installation would occur between 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks had passed, we contacted them, and were told that there was a mix up in Purchase Order numbers, and that our door was accidentally sent to the wrong city, and that it would be 2 more weeks untill install. 3 weeks later, we called and were told that installation would be in another week and were given an installation date. On the installation date, we were called and told that our door was dammaged in transit, and that we'd have to wait an additional 3-4 weeks. One month later, we called to see about a new install date, and we were told it would be 1 more week, and we were again givin a firm install date. On this second confirmed install date, a crew showed up with the wrong sized door. We called and were told that they'd look into it. 3 days later, they called us back and informed us that it would be 3 more weeks until our new door could be delivered. We decided that enough was enough, and requested our deposit back. We were granted a refund on October 3, and three weeks later, we still have not received our deposit back. We've called the company and asked about our refund, and all they can say is that the cheque was mailed. Avoid this company.
