I have had an extremely positive experience working with this company. I've needed service calls for two of my kitchen appliances in the past year and I found the Technician (Ellie) who came out to do the work to be highly skilled and very knowledgeable. He was able to give me clear, unbiased advice in regards to my options for repair vs replacement and even offered to do research on my behalf.
