I telephoned Ben at 8am and before 1pm he'd finished the job and I was able to use my washing machine again. He advised me how to stop the problem recurring (by emptying the filter regularly) and did not suggest any unnecessary new parts. He made sure to reposition the machine exactly where I wanted it and didn't leave any mess. I will ask him to help again with any more problems.
