An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
One of the hardest decisions about getting a renovation done is finding the right contractor. We decided to go with The Home Improvement People based on written reviews and a friends experience with them this past year. The entire team, led by Kris Ramkissoon were not only price competitive, courteous, organized, and clean, they were extremely professional. Our bathroom renovation was completed on the time line promised, and the results were exactly how we envisioned them to be. Based on our experience we can’t express enough how happy we are for picking the right contractor; which made our renovation seamless, and I hope this letter helps someone else make the right decision.
