We needed to replace all the windows and doors in the house. Visage did the house a couple doors down and it looked great. Called Dimitri and arranged an appointment. From the start our experience was that of a professional company that truly wants to make the customer happy. Dimitri ran through all the options and gave us suggestions for areas we were not sure of. We ordered 19 windows and 2 doors (including double front doors) with lead time of about 3 weeks. Alex came to measure and then as promised the install started and lasted the estimated 3 days. Nothing says more to you than watching somebody do their work and take the time to review it and fix even small stuff. Clean up was great and everything promised was delivered on. We called a few places for quotes and some were higher and some were lower but the reason we picked Visage was Dimitri's punctuality, professionalism, and the feeling that he was working for us and not just trying to make a buck. The reviews for Visage validated what we thought and I have to say that we made no mistake in our choice!
