Dependable Renovations did a bathroom renovation for us this winter and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It was a bathroom that was sorely in need of not only a facelift: it needed plumbing and major re-wiring work that involved the attic, hallway and stairwell. It’s the only full bathroom in our home so time and flexibility were of the essence. Barry told us it would take three weeks. It took exactly three weeks. The crew members were considerate (our house is small), friendly, knowledgeable and skilled and the transformation from shabby and worn-out to absolutely beautiful was almost a shock because I didn’t visualize it would be that much of a beautiful transformation. I was reluctant to let anyone use the bathroom because I wanted to keep admiring it in its pristine state. Fortunately, the daily upkeep is very easy. Kudos to the entire crew and a special thank you to Lisa for keeping us on track, keeping us on budget, apprising us first of any potential budget changes and helping us make decisions when we were undecided or in need of an objective view point. Regardless of the size of the renovation, small like ours or a major renovation like our friends (who referred us to Barry and Lisa) had them do, our opinion is that Dependable Renovations is a five-star company at every stage of the process, regardless of the size. I can’t wait until we’re ready to do the kitchen. Dependable Renovations is permanently on our speed dial. Thank you Lisa, Barry and crew. Penelope
