I submitted an online request for a quote from their website. I waited over a week for a response, then followed up with a phone call and finally an email. All to be told that they are not accepting new jobs this season (it's early March and their website still says they are accepting jobs). As a potential customer, their service is not great so that doesn't give confidence in their service for existing customers. I probably dodged a bullet on this one.
