Being in a panic after a windstorm had raised some of my roof tiles and knowing rain was on the way I called the original company who did my roof ten years ago and left 3 messages over a period of 2 days ...no response. I then tried several other companies ( recommended by friends) and left messages .... no response. I was leaving town for a week and needed this done prior to the rain and my departure. I then went on the BBB and found A+ Professional roofing and called them.... they answered right away . I explained my situation in a panic.. YVES BERUBE ( one of the owners) listened and calmed me down, he checked the weather channel while on the line and said the rain would only start the next afternoon. He said he would put me on their emergency list and would be out at 7:30 am the next morning. He said not to panic he would take care of it. Yves phoned the next morning to let me know he was on the way. .... VERY professional. He arrived checked my roof and and told me that the tiles did not have to be replaced and he would repair it. He then also checked the rest of the roof and told me it was in very good condition considering its age, the only slight problem he could see was that a little moss was starting to form at the end of the garage roof and to keep an eye on it...(HONESTY). He did recommend putting in a new went (as I had the old kind ) to cut down on condensation and suggested I do it before winter. Being on a limited income I agreed that I would have it done... as the price quoted was more than reasonable. Although this is a new company Yves has been in the roofing business for over 10 years and if the service I got today is any indication of his business practice ,this company will become one of the premier roofing companies in Ottawa within the next few years. The name A+PROFESSIONAL ROOFING lives up to its name . I will be recommending this company to all my family,friends and neighbors for all their roofing needs . I give this company a 10 + rating in all areas. THANK - YOU Yves, the job was small but you treated me like I had given you 10 houses to re-roof.

After noticing a leak in my basement which got worse each time it rained I called Dave Marcotte Foundations because of the great reputation this company has in the Ottawa area, they did not disappoint. My call was returned the next day, an appointment was made and Dave was at my door..on schedule , phoning me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way .He inspected my basement and found the cracks in the foundation right away , being worried that there was more rain on the way, Dave said he would send someone out in an hour. True to his word a very polite young man arrived at my door in less than an hour and went to work , within a few hours the work was complete giving me peace of mind. The price was more than reasonable and the service was excellent. In chatting with the young man I mentioned how wonderful I thought Daves service was and he told me Dave was the best boss he has ever worked for. Dave called me after several rainy days to see if all was well and happily I could report I was no longer having a problem. I would like to thank you Dave for the excellent service you and your company has provided and will recommend you anytime. You, your employees are a 10 +.

Needing to replace part of my 20+ year old eavestrough and put new ones on the garage I called several companies for a quote. One of the companies I called was Joel Daniels. Dan returned my call the next day and the following day was at my home. He was very patient with all my questions and took the time to explain my options and gave me a quote for the 2 options I was interested in.I told him I was waiting for several other quotes and would be in touch. Needless to say I ended up choosing Joel Daniels.... Why ? The timely manner in which my call was returned... this showed me they were interested in my business...the friendly manner and patience Dan showed in answering my questions ( even when I asked them more than once)... and the price was better than several other companies. On the date decided for installation everything went as discussed... Kyler who did the installation was friendly and did a great job in a very timely manner and did a superb job cleaning up after... and even cleaned out the back eavestrough which at this time I had decided not to replace. Dan followed up .... I told him I was extremely pleased with the service provided and would be replacing the back eavestrough next year . I would highly recommend Joel Daniels and Dan to anyone needing eavestroughing and will be using their services next year. Thank-you Dan (See you next year for my back eavestrough).
