I will never recommend AAA alarms. I would sooner recommend leaving the door to your home wide open. I have had multiple issues regarding AAA's home alarm system and their customer service. The fact of the matter is that they neither care about your or their image as a company. I have had them charge me for things that never happened, things that weren't on my contract and things that never should have been. I have been jerked around more by AAA than any other company I have ever been affiliated with and after many months of trying to resolve our issues like adults they have practically made it clear that they will not make any amends. It was due to their negligence that my home was broken into and no alarm was available to make anyone aware. Should you choose to use AAA for any reason, you will be allowing much misery and discontent into your life which could be avoided by choosing nearly any other Winnipeg alarm company.

- Show any care/compassion for their customers. I have no had a single person do their job correctly. I have tried time and time again to be extremely reasonable and have been met with a disgusting display of customer service.

- Do not choose AAA. Save yourself the trouble and choose a company who will take the time to treat you as a person.
