I called Bed Bugs & Beyond after a friend highly recommended them to help me with a recent discovery of bed bugs in my unit. Cary and his team (Lindell and JJ) saved me from a nightmarish 3 days after I discovered the bed bugs. Cary put me at ease from the first phone call I made to the company and went above and beyond his professional 'requirement' to put me at ease and assure me that he will take care of all the management details with my condo and the work itself - and he was true to his word in all aspects. Although the service was performed only a week ago, I have confidence that he and his team have taken care of my bed bugs problem. I told him that as much as I liked and appreciated him and his team, I hope not to see them again!:-) Fingers crossed! But I would highly recommend him in an instant and have already told my friends about him if ever they have a similar issue, he's their guy!
