Terrible customer service. They promise timelines they can't stick to, the owner hangs up the phone on customers, no one knows when windows will be ready and installed. They do not provide guarantees. Their windows come the wrong size and they don't fix them right the first time.when you call the office, they have to check, but they do not call you in a timely manner.
