My sewage line failed due to tree roots. Valentin came in the second morning after efficient e-mail communication. He designed a way to minimize the damage to my wooden floor by abandoning the old line and laying out a new line to Wye connection to the main sewage line. Work was well done and left the sites clean.

With the past good experience with the company, I use Strong Plumbing for all of my plumbing work. I e-mailed the owner Valentin regarding the basement toilet water backing out of the shower room. Valentin diagnosed the problem right away and came over with the drainage camera next morning. His crew came over two days later and replaced the last piece of clay pipe in my house. With his dental surgery in the morning, Valentin still replies my e-mails and supervise his crew. It is a challenge for me to keep up with a 70 years old house in Leaside. I decided to replace the lead water pipes in my house with copper, but my plumbing layout was complicated, as my water valve was on my neighbor's sidewalk. Mr. Rooter was quick to respond to clean our overflow toilet. They convinced my mother that replace the whole sewage line would solve the problem completely and have my mother signed on $10,000 contract. When we confronted Mr. Rooter, they showed a copy of contract, said, "it is signed!"
