Job completed 5 years ago. low price within reasonable range of other quotes. 10 yr guarantee on labor and materials. Seemed fine enough. Shingles blew off near the peak of the roof. Called City wide to ask about repair. No call back despite several messages left. This went on over about a week. Gave up and called another company. repair man shows photos of roof demonstrating no underlayment and nails in wrong places, and not enough nails. I was told to expect more shingles to blow off soon. Still no response from citywide. What good is a warrantee if no call back when trouble comes.
